Tamiya is at it again and frankly must be reading my thoughts. Tamiya is releasing a purpose built rally car called the XV-01.
If you can make it through the broken english you will read some pretty amazing information regarding this new Tamiya rally car.
”XV-01 PRO Chassis kit

j'ai tu bien lu "belt drive"?
il est beau, j'ai peur pour le moteur en avant... avec tous les coups qu'il va recevoir puis avec Tamiya, on peut s'attendre a payer 3 fois le prix qu'un compétiteur ferait

Avec le moteur en avant, tu évites surement les sous-virages.

Les EZ-POWER de RallyLegendsRC font 44cm de long
La Kyosho DRX fait 56cm de long
Faut juste attendre que la DRX VE nous arrive en amérique du nord... juillet peut-être... et c'est brushless et 2.4GHz

This is a PRO-spec version of the R/C 4WD XV-01 chassis. “XV” stands for “Crossover Vehicle”. As the XV-01 name implies this vehicle will serve as a common all-terrain platform which can be used for rally cars, on-road cars, and pick-up trucks. It is equipped with covers to protect the drivetrain and R/C radio gear from dirt and debris and its suspension provides a ground clearance of over 10mm. The motor is mounted at the front and power is delivered via a drive belt to the front/rear gearboxes, which are equipped with gear differential units.

Avec un body de Porsche 959 ca me rappelerait un classique que je voulais quand j'etais plus jeune. Belle machine, ca serait cool si cela deviendrait une classe populaire. Je ne crois pas acheter un rally bientot, deja que j'ai de la misere a trouver le budget pour mon byggy 1/8 et un short course 4WD (classe la plus populaire) passerait avant le rally.
